These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of the PASSPORT digital framework. Browsing the website or purchasing the product implies your full acceptance of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The PASSPORT architecture, markdown files, directory structures, and related documentation are protected by Intellectual Property and Copyright Laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license. You may NOT resell, distribute, share, or publicly host the proprietary files in any public repository or marketplace.

3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Desistimiento)

According to the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Art 103 section 'm'), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our downloadable Markdown zip files). We are not liable for any code execution errors, financial decisions, legal contracts, or GDPR violations resulting from your deployment of this system. You must verify AI-generated outputs with certified human professionals before making binding decisions.
